If you choose to use our online design tool you’ll customize your sign during the order and checkout process. If you choose to use our templates to design and print yourself or have us design your sign, you’ll receive instructions via email after you complete your order.

Yes! After you receive your order, simply plug-in to a wall outlet or battery and start collecting. No apps, wifi, or other setup needed.
Yes, 1.5% of transaction per successful tap plus any applicable card fees (typically 3.5% for most cards)
The minimum order value is $100 with a 1-month subscription. If you just need your tiptap display for one month, ie. one-time event, simply email support@tiptappay.com immediately after your order is complete and cancel your subscription. You’ll be charged the one-month device subscription as long as you return the tiptap device before then end of the month (from when you purchased)
