Here’s a guide on how your tiptap devices work.
Plug your device into a power source
Use a standard wall outlet or an external charged battery.
Connectivity
tiptap devices connect directly to the cellular network. No Wi-Fi required! Once powered, the device connects to the strongest cell signal in the area independently from your existing data network and plan.
Device lights
The lights will cycle as it looks for connectivity and will land on a single green light once ready to collect.
Device beeping sequence
The device beeps when someone taps it with their credit card/ mobile wallet. Watch the video to listen to the beeping sequence for accepted vs declined transactions.
