Getting started checklist
Here’s a guide on how to prepare for your program once you receive your order.
When Your Order Arrives:
- Check your order and parts list as soon as you receive them to confirm all the parts you ordered have been included.
- All devices are programmed and ready to use once you receive them.
- We recommend testing your device connectivity well in advance at the location where you will be collecting.
Before You Collect:
- We recommend you plug your device in up to 24 hours prior to using them to ensure the latest firmware is updated on your devices.
- If using a battery to power your devices, plug your battery into a power source overnight prior to collecting (12 hours).
- Plug your devices into a standard wall outlet or fully charged battery and start collecting.
- Login to the tiptap dashboard to manage your devices and monitor your collections.
